Founded by Sachiko Nonami and her beloved late husband, who brought the passion for Japanese cuisine to the community, our restaurant quickly became a local favorite known for freshness, tradition, and warm hospitality.
Today, the True Traditions continues with the next generation and proudly carrying on the legacy. While honoring the recipes and values passed down from our founder, we also bring new ideas, flavors, and energy to share with the next generation of Japanese cuisine lovers.
